Three steps. About an afternoon.
- 1
Link a number
Open WhatsApp on the phone, go to Linked devices, scan the QR in your workspace. Same as WhatsApp Web. History syncs in a few minutes. Do it for each number your agency runs.
Your number stays on the phone. Nothing is ported, nothing is migrated.
- 2
Invite the team and set access
Add account managers as agents and assign them clients. Make a sub-admin for the sales number who can’t see the main one. Map the chats you want in Slack.
Access is a ceiling: an agent never sees a chat they weren’t given.
- 3
Watch the Waiting Board
From now on, every client message with no reply is on the board with a clock and an owner. Reply from the portal, the phone, or Slack — the board updates either way.
Time counts only in your business hours. Weekends don’t make you look slow.
The board your team checks before anything else.
This is a real view from the product. Owners are people, times are business hours, and unassigned is red.
| Client | Number | Owner | Waiting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anatoliy Chistov | Sales | Unassigned | 1d 3h |
| Hortensia Homes | Main | Vinay | 2h 14m |
| Chris Lim — QCC | Main | Amrit | 48m |
| Max Philisaire | Main | Rushali | 12m |
Honest about the connection.
Your workspace links to each number as a device, the way WhatsApp Web does. That is why groups, existing numbers and history all work — and why WhatsApp’s rules apply. The Security page explains the safeguards we enforce so a number keeps behaving like a person.
Start with one number.
Link it, invite one colleague, and see the board fill in.
